add Oberheim Matrix-1000 to sound library

Oberheim Matrix-1000 has been added to the sound library.
It is registered with reference to the published manual and some unofficial website.

we couldn’t change the bank vie midi channel messages.as the result we use system exclusive message to change bank for sound library automated recording.
